Q1: Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?

A: We are an ISO, BSCI, Sedex, Disney-approved manufacturer. Also, we have passed the factory audit from Disney, Coca-cola, and Hasbro.

Q2: What’s your production line?

A: Roto casting, Injection, Spray painting, Silkscreen, Pad printing, Cutting & Sewing, Filling, Assembly, packing, etc.

Q3: Can you make a test for us? What If I pay the test fee but the test result is not passed?
A: Yes sure we can make a test for you. We provide the free samples and you pay the test fee. Do you have any test lab requirements? We are working with SGS, TUV, BV, ITS, etc. Or you can appoint the test lab. We will improve and
send samples again and the second-time test fee will be bear by ourselves.

Q4: What's the development procedure if I want to make my own design?

A: When we receive the sample payment, we will build 3D model and send to you confirm. After you confirm 3D, we will start to make 3D prototype. It takes 7-10 working days to make the prototype (including 3D model built, 3D printing, coloring). Then send you the prototype. Once you confirm the prototype, you pay mold cost so we proceed the mold making. It's 30-35 days for mold making and another 35-40 days to make mass production so total development time for OEM items is 80-90 days.

Q5: What is your sample fee and mold fee if I want to make my own character?
A: It depends on the size and product structure. For example 10cm figure, the estimated sample fee is $500. Estimated vinyl mold cost $1,200-$2,000 and injection mold $2,000-3,500. Please note it's just estimated and kindly send us your design with detail information so we can check the price for you
