6. When I re-order my products, should I pay the mold fee again?
No, we'll keep each mold for 3 years, during this time, you could re-order without mold fee.
7. Are the quality of your product guaranteed?
Our QC will control the quality one by one before the delivery. So you do not need to worry about that. We have more than 16 years production experience.
8. UPS/TNT/DHL express lost/ broken my package, how could I do?
If you didn't receive it in time, pls let us know, we'll check with express and get you an answer. If you just receive part of your products, some carton lost or broken, pls conplain with the shipper and take a photo when you touch them. Let us know at first time, and send us the photos, we will re-make the lost item for you and make claim on this to express.
9. I'm looking for some products which are not shown on your website, could you make me the special order?
Sure, warmly welcome to custom your own products. You could offer us your design images, or we also could design for you according to your idea.
10. Do you have the ability to do independent research and development?
We have professional engineering department so we have the research and development capabilities. We also collect regularly each customer feedback, product improvement, and new product development.
11. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order.Our producing capacity is 100,000pcs/month. Mostly the production time is 35-40 days.
12. When can I get the price?
We usually quote within 36 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us.
